Creation
R’Tee was created by Kurt Busiek and Jerry Ordway in 2000 and first appeared in Maximum Security Dangerous Planet # 1.
Powers & Abilities
R’Tee has the mutant ability to fire quill-like projectiles from virtually any part of his body. These quills are comprised of his own bone, but are actually much harder than standard Skrull bones. His tougher skeletal system also seems to result in a degree of strength far greater than an average Skrull his size. He has also extended quills from his hands and feet in order to crawl on walls and other surfaces.
R’Tee also possesses standard Skrull shape-shifting abilities.
