Rudoph Gelt

Origin

WWII scientists had created a serum which could endow humans with enhanced speed, strength and invulnerability. Some humans would reach the full potential of these powers (they were called Battleships) and other would get just a portion of these powers (they were called Panzermensch). Rudoph Gelt was a Panzermensch. He was killed by the British spy Stephanie, who was known as Freya Bergen to the Nazis, when she shot through his disruption halo, which then became unstable and ripped his head apart. He was the second Panzermensch killed in action.
