Ryan Wilder meets Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) for the first time in Batgirl #50. Ryan is only a civilian in the comics and does not serve as Batwoman.

Ryan seems to have a very snarky attitude as she gave Barbara & James the bird while trying to talk to her.
Creation
Ryan Wilder was created by the writers of Batwoman when Ruby Rose dropped out of the role of Kate Kane after the first season. Ryan takes the mantle of Batwoman in Season 2.
