Saigu Kaede is the mother of the Ise Shrine. When the pregnant hidden miko left the Shrine, Saigu tried to find her and her child. She found her daughter Arashi Kishu living in the street. Her mother was dead and she must find food to survive. Saigu brought her at Ise Shrine. She succeeded to convince her to live and not to survive. She had the right to love and to be loved. She also taught her how to use her hidden miko abilities.
