Sailor Cosmos first appears disquised as Chibi Chibi. It is only when Usagi goes to the Galaxy Cauldron that Chibi Chibi reveals her true form to Usagi after the latter encourages the former to never give up hope. When Usagi dives into the Galaxy Cauldron with Chaos in order to restore balance to the universe, Sailor Cosmos and the sailor quartet stare at the resulting explosion of “StarSeeds” , each one heading back to their respective planets and taking the form of their respective senshi.
