Owner of the Joyride Lounge and former boss to Roscoe
Origin
Samurai Hal is a business owner, runs the strip club called The Joyride Lounge and runs drugs out of Detroit. He was Roscoe’s boss and mentor for many years until Roscoe was sent to prison. Roscoe would later destroy Hal’s livelihood.
