Sapphire-3 uses the Crystal Sapphire on Kyle Rayner to release his inner Violet light. Sapphire-3 comments to the Queen that if she had more time she could help Kyle but the Queen informs her that is luxury they don’t have. After Sapphire-3 releases Kyle she sends him to see the Queen.
