Origin
Sarah married Robert April and served as his chief medical officer when he became the first Captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise. Sarahh was also known for creating many surgical instrument that were used throughout Starfleet including Biobeds. She also improved the medical tricorders.

Sarah was created during the Animated Star Trek series from the 1970’s.
