Sarah
Born with the ability to levitate, New York mutant Sarah Purser grew to love flying over New York City and seeing the lights there. In college, she joined a sorority and a flying club, which was once featured in Sally Floyd’s Mutant Diaries column. The club got in trouble for buzzing the TV studios. On M-Day, Sarah lost her powers and grew to blame the government, particularly anti-mutant spokesman Eugene Sykes. Sarah went to the roof of a parking garage and tearfully told Sally Floyd what had happened to her. She threw herself off the roof to try and fly but was killed when she hit the pavement. Floyd later featured Sarah in an Ex-Mutant Diaries column. .
