Starfin is a Joker-Ace. The Wild Card Virus transformed him into a Joker, blinding him with smooth unbroken skin over his eye sockets. The Virus also transformed him into an Ace by giving him minor telepathic abilities.
Starfin can read surface thoughts only and cannot probe deeply into a person’s memories. This trait made Starfin an excellent bartender for Chrysalis and Charles Dutton at Jokertown’s The Crystal Palace. Starfin could pour a patron exactly what they wanted most whether they knew it or not.
