Created by Andy Diggle and Ben Willsher, Satellat appears in the 2000AD series Lenny Zero.
Satellat ran black ops before the Sov invasion of Mega-City One, spreading the Block Mania contaminant throughout the city.
After his mission ended (and East Meg lost), he became a freelancer, offering his services as hired muscle to finance upgrades on the robot underground.
