Scarz 3000 was one of the many clones created by Deuce to pose as a new member of the EGOs, diguised as a different person but altered enough to have different powers.
In their first mission against the creature called Masse, Scarz was among the victims of an army of clones, to fall to the powers of the entity. Only the Fear and Opener were the only clones who survived the mission.
