Scorpius is the product of a Scarran and a Sebacean who was involved in the experiments conducted by the Scarrans. Once Scorpius was born, he grew hatred of the Scarrans when they tortured him during the experiment. He later joined the Sebacean race unit called the Peacekeepers whom they are part of the military organization under law. In Season One, Scorpius tortures John Crichton with his mind after he got captured by the Peacekeepers. When Scorpius accessed John’s mind, he discovers that John has secrets of wormhole technology. Scorpius was obsessed with the wormhole theory and decides to use it for his own gain. Scorpius implanted a neural clone of himself inside John’s mind so that he could access the secrets of the wormhole travel. Â
