Scowl

Origin

Wes is a delusional man who has taken young Jeffery under his wing and trained him to be the side kick, Moonbeam, to his superhero persona, Scowl. The duo have been fighting crime for about two years but seem to cause more harm then help. Scowl tries to keep a journal of the teams actions but this record is just as delusional has its writer.

Major Story Arcs

Red Hand

Scowl and Moonbeam were contacted by a young girl who claimed that the Green Hornet had killed her parents, and the two headed out to Century city to take down who they believe is the “Crime Boss of Century City”. On the way the pair stops an armed robbery but cause more damage then they stopped. Once in Century City they rent a hotel room in the heart of the city and try to figure out the Green Hornet’s MO. This is where they get a tip on where the Green Hornet will be riding his cycle and the two spring into action.

Scowl and Moonbeam are able to ambush the Hornet and blow up his bike, but the Hornet runs away. When Scowl catches up with him the Hornet is able to get the jump on him and Scowl is knocked unconscious, but when he comes to the Hornet is in police custody thanks to Moonbeam.

Feeling a job well done Scowl and Moonbeam leave Century City free of the villain the Green Hornet.

Outcast

Moonbeam convinces Scowl to go back to Century City because something about their last visit seems fishy. While Moonbeam is at the library doing research Scowl gets impatient and goes on patrol. He hears an alarm and tries to stop a gang of clown mask wearing robbers but they gun him down. Kato tries to save him but to no avail.
