Scratchy is a cartoon character on The Itchy & Scratchy Show. This is part of a program called The Krusty Show. He is an incredibly resilient animal, taking pain that would easily kill an ordinary cat. His show is so incredibly violent that Marge, the mother of Bart, Lisa, and Maggie, decided to go on strike, attempting to get the show banned, or change it’s programing after Maggie almost killed her husband, Homer Simpson.
