The Sea Demon seemed able to create whirlpools but no explanation is ever given for it. His electric attacks were very effective when Aquaman believed him to be a supernatural being. Once Arthur figures him to be human, Sea Demon is easily taken down. No explanation for why he couldn’t keep electrocuting Aquaman. Sea Demon wore a demon costume and used an electrically charged trident to get revenge from superstitious islanders.
