Shek Chi-Wai was one of the few good cops in Hong Kong. Too good.
He was murdered by the Triads to halt an investigation into the blackmail of a popular Hong Kong film star. His own partner shot him on a street corner and left him to die. But his story didn’t end there.
Legend has it that a policeman murdered in that spot must become a ghost, looking for revenge until another is killed in his place. And so Chi-Wai remained, waiting for his chance to avenge his own death. With the help of *Planetary* he was able to do so, but still he waits for some other poor soul to take his place.
