Shell was a member of The Warforce, and the lover of their leader Barrett Gage, the deadly mercenary known as Salvo. On their mission to free Deep from Ryker’s Island, they were ambushed by Spider-Man and Nightwatch. Shell helped Salvo escape on a helicopter, and he repaid her loyalty and affection by promptly using her as a human shield, and she was cut down by police gunfire.
