The Shredded Man was originally a man named Ivan Guerrero. He found out that he had cancer in his lungs. He was exposed by the Terrigen Mist when he isolated himself and his granddaughter Emily Guerrero within a cacoon, becoming a Inhuman. Afterwards he traveled around the world for months but everywhere he went he would see the worst of humanity, making him develop a hatred for humans. Becoming the Shredded Man, he now tries to take over the world but is prevented from doing so by Cable and Synapse.
