Origin
A street waif orphaned when her parents were killed in a drug deal gone sour, 16-year old Shai Rand is a loner with a bad attitude who fights first and asks questions later. She is a pack rat and a tech-head. With her airboard, she likes to soar above the smog-infested streets of LA.
