Sijo was the body guard of Mr Takegura. He was assigned to protect Rocky. While the Punisher was eavesdropping on his employers he attacks him and nearly defeats him. He knocks out Microchip Jr is the process. Later after the Punisher kidnaps his boss and tries to trade him for Rocky, he shows up during the trade and kills Microchip Jr and Rocky. He is eventually killed by the Punisher.
