Brief History
He kidnapped Dominic Fortune‘s love interest (Sabbath Raven) during the end days of the Second World War. She was married to Steele and they lived together for most of their adult live. Although Dominic stayed close on his trail, the two only met each-other again in more recent years. Steele was finally killed during the liberation of Sabbath, almost 30 years after her capture.
