Sir Richard was the responsible for the death of Ringo Chen, he hired a mutant called The Waterman to capture, torture and kill Ringo Chen for the murder of teenage son, Tarquin, who has shot to death by Ringo, he was killed by Tommy Monaghan while playing golf, avenging this way the dead of Ringo.
