L.R. Skip Collins was a soilder who was at the Nevada atomic bomb detenation site (where after it was tested) devolped an odd ”  buzzing “ in the back of his skull.In the following years he could bring his subconscious desires to reality even though he was totally unaware of it. He once restored New York City after a devastating  earthquake, due to Ego, the Living Planet approaching Earth. After this feat his “buzzing”  disappeared ,maybe his powers too.
