Skip Westcott

In a story developed for a collaboration between the National Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Marvel Comics, Spider-Man recounts to a child how he was molested by an older neighbor named Steven “Skip” Westcott. Young Peter Parker told Uncle Ben and Aunt May, who had Skip arrested. He has not been seen since. Skip had platinum blond or prematurely white hair.
