Slap Happy was the side-kick of Sparky Watts, the world’s strongest man, in his many surreal adventures, an ex-boxer he too has been exposed to Doc Static’s Cosmic Ray Machine, making him stronger and making his already sizable feet grow even more.  And yet he remains remarkable agile.

Not the brightest pebble on the beach Slap however is steadfast and loyal.     
 
For the record this is not the same character called “Slap Happy Pappy” who appeared in Crack comics.
