Origin
Slick Panzer is a thief. He is the first nemesis of 711. He once swindled a quarter million from a number of widows and orphans. He decides to get caught so he can go to prison for a year and when he gets out he can live like a king with his stolen money.

Slick Panzer was a one-shot character, and hasn’t been shown ever since his feature debut.
Powers & Abilities
Slick Panzer possesses no superhuman abilities, but is presumably peak human shape, and is an average fighter. He, however, is intelligent enough to process a plan to steal a quarter million dollars.
