Origin
The dumbest of the Bash Street Kids, Smiffy has a brother called Norman (as seen in Simply Smiffy), a pet dog called Sniffy (as seen in Pup Parade), and in recent strips, a “pet” pebble called Kevin. Smiffy’s skull is strong enough to break bricks.
