Origin
Snarf is a zeetvah, a short humanoid species with a long snout and ears like batwings. He left his home village with the “plan” of becoming rich and famous through adventuring, befriending the temporally displaced robot Aveeare along the way, falling in love with the human adventuress Telerie Windyarm, and battling the evil wizard Suthaze.
Creation
Snarf was created by Larry Elmore, and is the main protagonist in Elmore’s Snarfquest, a series that began publication in TSR’s Dragon Magazine #75.
