Created by Arcade, is a parody of Yosemite Sam. His weapons are guns that turn people into stone statues. Along with the hands, he has the ability to use also the moustaches as prehensile appendages, and shoot his guns.
He defeated Kitty Pryde with his guns at the first fight with Excalibur.
