A London-based Spirit of Vengeance. All Spirits of Vengeance take on memeforms based on local culture and myths, in this case a combination of popular fiction’s image of the serial killer Jack the Ripper and the legend of Spring-Heel Jack.
Creation
Spring-Heeled Jack appeared in Ghost Rider: Danny Ketch #3, as part of a montage of Spirits of Vengeance from around the world.
