Brief History
Thomas Burke invented a size change formula a century before Henry Pym. Frustrated with a lack of success, he threw the vial containing the formula into the sea, thus adding the missing ingredient- water! A cryptid species of newt drank the mixture and became Sserpo, an endlessly growing dinosaur-like monster. In the modern era even a hydrogen bomb couldn’t stop the endlessly growing monster!
Eventually Henry Burke, great grandson of the original scientist eventually contacted the native race of the giant world of Jupiter who used a skyhook to take Sserpo to their world.
Creation
Sserpo was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1961 and first appeared in Amazing Adventures # 6.
Powers & Abilities
Sserpo was a massive monster that possessed superhuman strength, durability and resistance to injury.
