Steel Collar

Steel Collar is a member of System Crash which is a group of informational terrorist or cyber criminals affiliated with HYDRA and led by Baron Von Strucker. The group consisted of Steel Collar, Infomorph, Bitmap, Wirehead, Kill-O-Byte, and Technospike.   

Creation

Steel Collar was created by D.G. Chichester and Scott McDaniel in 1994 and first appeared in Daredevil # 326.  

Powers & Abilities

Steel Collar is a cyborg that wears a huge, armored suit that grants him superhuman strength, durability and resistance to injury.
