Stingrayzor is a power house because he is skilled in various forms of martial arts, military combat, due to advanced steroid testing on him by NEST’s command he has enhanced strength, along with his bullet proof suit that has a whip attached. He is so strong and trusted that he is second-in-comand to General Merick Von Zader, so he sometimes commands the small NUSOL army. Stingrayzor also makes sure the plans of NEST go off without any problems.
