After his brother, a convicted criminal, was murdered he became a vigilante to get his revenge. The main suspect was Poison Ivy. He captured her and dropped her in a pit void of water and light to let her die.Â

When Catwoman found that there was a different suspect and Ivy was innocent, Rawlings told them where to find Ivy and turned himself in.
