Sudd was a dishwasher who trained Howard the Duck during his last day of work at a restaurant. An explosion in a microwave due to a can of cleaner transforms Sudd into a sentient swarm of bubbles. As an outspoken agent of SOOFI, he used his new powers to clean up the town and its residents. Howard the Duck and his new boss managed to defeat Sudd using a concoction of miscellaneous items like lemon juice, eggs, etc. splashing Sudd in the face and inevitably popping him, leaving his tattoo behind on the street. The streetgoers then chase after Howard and his boss, enraged for getting rid of their cleaning “champion”.
