Sutek is a warrior from an ancient line of Vulcans who were very warrior like Sutek and his entire population was killed when his leader came up with a doomsday weapon that killed the entire race of ancient Vulcans.
Creation
Sutek and his people are just another off shoot of ancient Vulcans who are more war like. The Romulans are the most famous. They were created for the Star trek: Early Voyages series.
