Powers & Abilities
Talleyrand leads an army of approximately 500 mutants (given his own admission) and has referred to himself as one, though his mutation is not as visible significant compared to others. He shows a higher intellect than most mutants (and some people) in Mega City One, possessing knowledge of strategy and emotional manipulation for the sake of reaching his goals. He also leads the mutants with ease, despite many being either low in intellect or high in aggression.
