Origin
Tar Baby was a member of the group Morlocks. He was good friends with Ape. Often telling Ape what to transform into.
He managed to survive the Mutant Massacre, but was imprisoned in the mutant concentration camp named Neverland. He was summarily executed after he was deemed of no value.
Creation
Tar Baby was created by Louise Simonson and June Brigman in 1985 and first appeared in Power Pack # 12.
Powers
He has a sticky body that secretes tar and lets him stick to objects and solid surfaces, but more often things sticks to him. He can also scale walls.
