Origin

Tarantula is a clone of Peter Parker (Ultimate) that was created by Dr. Octopus. He escaped with other clones when the Carnage project escaped. Tarantula tried to stop Kaine from injecting Mary Jane with the Oz formula, but was unsuccessful and was knocked out. He came to when Spider-Woman and Spider-Man arrived. Tarantula was impaled and killed by Dr. Octopus after Nick Fury had let Spider-Man and Spider-Clones have some private time with Dr. Octopus.

Tarantula is a Spider-Man clone in the Ultimate Universe, but is deceased.

Powers & Abilities

Being an exact clone of Ultimate Peter Parker, but with some extra limbs, Tarantula possesses enhanced strength, speed, agility, stamina, and Spider-Senses. He can also swing around with his webs, shoot them, or use them as a hardened shield or sticky substance.
