During the Neo war on humanity (and Tartarus’s only appearance), the criminal Rufus Delgado took Tartarus hostage while running from police detective Charlotte Jones. Tartarus, in turn, made Delgado experience a version of Hell based off of the murderer’s past crimes. When Charlotte Jones followed, Tartarus merged her with Delgado, creating a monster-like creature.
