Tector and Mister Glitch are brothers who were hired by Bushman to take surveillance and collect information on Marc Spector (a.k.a. Moon Knight). Although their base of operations is Manhattan, they talk with a Southern accent suggesting they are not natives of New York. When Bushman’s base is stormed by Moon Knight, Tector is last seen being pulled away by his brother Mister Glitch in fear of being confronted by Moon Knight.
