Telex, whose real name is Nox, is a telepath from a planet of telepaths called Cragex.
Nox escaped Cragex after he was caught having an affair with the wife of the Grand General of the military. Nox escaped execution and fled to Earth.
Upon his arrival in New Edmonton City on Earth he was discovered by members of the superhero team, the Misfits. Once they learned Nox had telepathic powers they named him “Telex” and allowed him to join the team.
Nox began to adjust to life on Earth and became good friends with Misfits member Grindcore.
Nox also found other uses for his telepathic powers. like picking up women.
