Creation
Tex Maxon was an old west cowboy and ranch hand who was reinvented after a short time. It was at this time that he became the Phantom Rider. He wore a mask and looked a lot like the Lone Ranger. In his first adventure he was set in modern times but after one issue appeared to be back in the old west.
