A normal man, at first he wore what looked like yellow pantyhose and a bed sheet wrapped around his head to fight crime, later he switched to a blue body stocking while keeping the sheet.Â

His method was to disorient the bad guys by giving a ghostly cry of âWHOOOOEEEE” before attacking.
He got knocked out a lot, and yet still won in the end, at least the few times he appeared.
