The Black Crow is a British agent who leads a Resistance Group in Occupied France – a group which includes his brother.
This is one of the stories which transferred from Valiant to Battle Picture Weekly when they merge in Battle Picture Weekly #86 – Battle 86 but only makes it as far as Battle Picture Weekly #99 – Battle 99
By this stage, he has defeated his ultimate enemy, Major Von Steutsel, and D-Day has arrived
