TV Series
Cyborg 009 (2001)
His role in the third anime TV series of Cyborg 009 is very faithful towards his manga counterpart since a majority of the series episodes were adaptations to the original manga. He was voiced by Norio Wakamoto in the Japanese version while Richard Epcar did the English voice.
The Skull Man
He makes an appearance towards the end of the series as the new found leader of the Black Ghost organization. His appearance is similar to his appearance in the manga and the 2001 Cyborg 009 TV series except he looks more menacing looking. Norio Wakamoto repraised his role as the Black Ghost just for that paticular scene.
