The Bride ran an international terrorist group in the 1960s, and was an adversary of S.T.O.R.M. She and her “Best Men” stole government information and sold it on the black market.
In addition to an array of exotic weapons and devoted followers, she also had at least one cybernetic implant – a “Gazer” – in her left eye which fired a high-powered gravity beam. She also possessed a ship capable of traveling in the Bleed, the interdimensional buffer zone between universes.
She was killed by Elijah Snow in 1969, partly to keep her from killing super-spy John Stone, but also out of revenge for the murder of his girlfriend two years previously.
