A man, who had wolf-like pawn instead of human palms, for some reason. He was a racketeer, who was apparently the arch enemy of Tomboy, based on the fact that they already knew each other, during his only appearance.
He and his hoodlums were apparently killed by Tomboy, who caused their deaths by jamming the bay doors of his aircraft, causing the incendiary bombs to detonate inside and causing the plane crash. How harsh.
