Ribo, a scientist, sells his soul to The Devil. His wish for an eye to replace his missing one is bought at the price of his soul.
The Evil Eye goes to a boxing match. Billy Hamas is beating the champion until Ribo uses his evil eye on Billy. Mr. Justice grabs Ribo’s body and pulls it down to purgatory. The Dictator orders his imps to stop the spectral avenger. The Devil’s Cohorts can do nothing against the royal ghost, as he is an immortal. Mr. Justice enters Purgatory where the Evil Souls in Purgatory are punished. Mr. Justice chains Ribo’s body inescapably to Ribo’s damned soul.
Mr. Justice returns to earth to visit the recovering Billy. He finds Roy Winkler, Mayor Clark, and Miss Clark all visiting the recovering pugilist.
